The Made-in-India messenger, Hike has today released another cool feature for users – Hike Direct. Using Hike Direct is simple and you can save your mobile data while using the feature as it allows chatting and sharing files via Hike messenger without Internet.
The new feature works like WiFi Direct and so is named Hike Direct. Users can connect to another Hike user within 100 meters and then easily chat or share files without Internet. Using the Hike Direct feature is very simple: Open a specific chat and tap on 3 dot menu, tap on Hike Direct. Tapping on Hike Direct is required to be done by you and your friend. Once connected, you can send messages, stickers, photos, files without Internet. It is to be kept in mind that the you and your friend should be in 100 meter radius.
Hike messenger has become very popular among Indian users and many others across the world. The messaging app has recorded growth of 100 percent over a year and is also expecting the same for next year.
